Job summary

TD SYNNEX UK&I seeks a technically curious Solutions Specialist to design technology solutions with customers, engage with internal teams, and coordinate projects from concept through delivery.

You will support the Maverick portfolio, build knowledge across vendors, pursue certifications, and develop a long-term career in technology solutions and consulting within a collaborative, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in technology with strong technical aptitude.
• Experience in a customer-facing, sales support, or operational role.
• Ability to coordinate projects and manage stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Design technology solutions with customers and internal teams to meet business requirements.
• Support development of solutions across the Maverick portfolio and vendor ecosystem.
• Act as a trusted technical resource for customers and sales teams.
• Manage solution projects from design through to successful delivery.
• Coordinate ordering, logistics and shipment activities to ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with vendors, customers, business managers and sales teams for successful outcomes.
• Build technical knowledge across a wide range of technologies and vendor solutions.
• Complete training and certifications to progress to more advanced roles.

What You'll Be Doing

• Working with customers and internal teams to design technology solutions that meet specific business requirements.
• Supporting the development of solutions across the Maverick portfolio and vendor ecosystem.
• Acting as a trusted technical and solution-focused resource for customers and sales teams.
• Managing solution projects from design through to successful delivery.
• Coordinating ordering, logistics and shipment activities to ensure solutions are delivered on time and to customer expectations.
• Collaborating with vendors, customers, business managers and sales teams to deliver successful outcomes.
• Building technical knowledge across a wide range of technologies and vendor solutions.
• Completing training and certifications to support your development into more advanced solution-focused positions.
