Qualifications

• Significant experience leading delivery across multiple projects/programmes in Managed Services.
• Strong governance, risk, dependencies and stakeholder management at portfolio level.
• Experience delivering complex MS solutions through multi‑stage lifecycles (design to rollout).
• Ability to operate between architecture/design and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio plan and sequencing across multiple solution initiatives from design to rollout.
• Translate architecture into detailed service designs with defined scope and KPIs.
• Manage service development activities, track risks, dependencies and delivery quality.
• Oversee portfolio governance, stage‑gate approvals, RAID, budgets and reporting.
