Job summary

EY is seeking a Solution Portfolio Delivery Manager in the UK to lead portfolio delivery of Assurance Managed Services. You will oversee end-to-end lifecycle from architecture to rollout, coordinating across solution leaders and multiple geographies.

You will drive design-to-delivery, ensure governance standards, and enable readiness for deployment to clients, with emphasis on risk management and service performance indicators.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading delivery across multiple concurrent projects/programmes.
• Proven ability to operate in a matrix/federated delivery model with cross-geo teams.
• Strong governance, risk, dependency and stakeholder management at portfolio level.
• Experience maturing complex MS solutions through design, build and rollout lifecycles.
• Ability work between architecture/design and delivery teams.
• Experience in Managed Services or industrialised service models.

Responsibilities

• Own the portfolio plan and sequence work across solution initiatives to rollout readiness.
• Translate architectures into detailed service designs, scopes, and KPIs.
• Manage service development activities, tracking progress and risks across initiatives.
• Governance at portfolio level, including RAID, budgets and reporting.
• Ensure solutions are operationally ready and packaged for deployment.
