Job summary

EY is seeking a Solution Portfolio Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of approved solution architectures into fully designed, configured, governed and rollout-ready managed services offerings. The role collaborates with global leaders to forecast demand, manage risk and coordinate across multiple initiatives.

You will own portfolio plans, translate architecture into service designs, oversee development, and ensure operational readiness with clear onboarding and handover processes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading delivery across multiple concurrent projects or programmes.
• Proven ability to operate in a matrix or federated delivery model.
• Strong governance, risk, dependency and stakeholder management.
• Experience in managing complex MS solutions through design, build and rollout.
• Experience in global, matrixed delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio plan and sequence across initiatives to rollout readiness.
• Translate architecture into detailed service designs and blueprints.
• Manage service development activities including initial technology build and configuration.
• Oversee portfolio governance, RAID management, and budget reporting.
• Ensure operational readiness and handover to Delivery/Operate.
