Job summary

EY is seeking experienced Lead Solution Architects to shape and commercialize Assurance managed services, bridging business strategy with technology execution. You will steer end-to-end architecture, governance, and security initiatives while collaborating with cross‑functional teams across Product, Sales, Delivery and Finance in a global EY environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s qualification in Management, Finance or Accounting.
• 10+ years’ end-to-end architecture experience in managed services / outsourced solutions.
• Bachelor’s qualification in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• 10+ years’ experience with agile, iterative and conventional development methodologies and their application to platform, transactional applications and analytical systems.
• TOGAF certification (preferred).
• Experience leveraging cloud (Azure) and public SaaS platforms (including SAP).

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain Assurance managed services architecture and standards.
• Lead architecture across business, technology and operations to ensure feasibility and execution readiness.
• Define audit readiness and SOC 1/ SOC 2 compliance approaches.
• Provide direction to delivery technology teams through the development lifecycle.
• Drive standardization, automation and continuous improvement across managed services offerings.
