Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in the United Kingdom is seeking a Solutions Engineer to own and enhance the customer experience from PoC to decision. You will support the sales team, advise customers, design security solutions and create quotes for unique challenges.

You will join a fast-paced team; prior video security, IoT and access control experience is helpful. Expect onsite five days per week in the UK with a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, IT, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing/switching.
• Excellent English and Swedish communication skills.
• Experience with APIs, Python and Linux is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted technical advisor to CTOs, CISOs and senior engineers.
• Support sales by designing security systems and quotes.
• Collaborate with support to accelerate product improvements.
• Prepare project documentation: floorplans, scope of work, assumptions.
• Engage with customers to overcome technical barriers and concerns.
