Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an experienced Solutions Engineering leader to join our London-based EMEA HQ. The SE manager will lead and develop a high-performing Europe-wide SE team, coach engineers, and partner with sales, product, and support to drive technical excellence.

This on-site role requires a proven leader with strong IT infrastructure and network/security fundamentals, capable of aligning programs with sales goals and customer outcomes. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of Solutions Engineering leadership experience
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or IT field
• Strong IT infrastructure and network/security fundamentals
• Proven track record leading sales engineering teams and partnering with sales and product

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, and lead an inclusive, high-performing SE team
• Technical coach, mentor, and problem solver for escalations
• Identify gaps and build programs to support the SE team
• Cross-functional collaboration across sales, product, support, enablement, marketing
• Develop and grow the team’s skills through coaching and enablement
• Travel up to 25%
