United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Manager, Solution Engineering to lead and scale a high-performing team of Solution Engineers in the UK. You will partner with Account Executives to uncover customer pain points, shape technical opportunities, and win strategic deals.

You will hire, coach, and inspire; align with sales, marketing, and product teams; and present IAM and cybersecurity topics at events. This role offers equity and a strong onboarding program.

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing and scaling Solution Engineering teams.
• Experience attracting and onboarding top technical sales talent.
• Blends technical excellence with business acumen to exceed targets.
• Ability to build trust-based relationships with stakeholders.
• Deep hands-on technical expertise for architectural discussions.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, and inspire a high-performing team of Solution Engineers.
• Support SEs in partnering with Account Executives to uncover customer pain points and secure the technical win.
• Partner with senior customer technical leaders to articulate platform value and secure decisions.
• Build relationships with partner technical sales leaders to establish identity security leadership.
• Collaborate with GTM to design and scale go-to-market strategies and exceed targets.
• Present IAM and cybersecurity topics at company events and conferences.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations on workforce planning and budget alignment.
