Job summary

Axle Energy is hiring Solutions Engineers to build integrations and technical infrastructure that connect distributed energy devices, orchestrate them, and participate in electricity markets. This generalist role covers software engineering, customer implementation, and solution design.

You will work with customers to understand requirements, create scalable integrations, and influence product based on real-world feedback.

Qualifications

• Experience building integrations for customers and understanding technical requirements.
• Able to design scalable software solutions in collaboration with product and customers.
• Proficient in Python and React for full-stack development.

Responsibilities

• Form deep understanding of our domain, platform, and customer challenges.
• Build and maintain integrations with customer systems and third-party platforms.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, support implementations, and design scalable solutions.
• Guide customers toward a direct launch plan and improved user experience.
• Collaborate with Product to translate feedback into product improvements.
• Own the quality and impact of the final deliverable.
• Manage time and adapt to changing scope and deadlines to deliver 80% of value quickly.
