Job summary

Axle Energy is seeking Solutions Engineers to build integrations and the technical infrastructure that connects distributed energy devices and participates in electricity markets. This generalist role spans core software engineering, customer implementation, and solution design.

You will work closely with customers to understand requirements, build integrations, troubleshoot issues, and shape the product based on real-world feedback.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain integrations with customer systems and third-party platforms.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, support implementations, design scalable solutions.
• Guide customers to a direct launch plan and better UX.
• Collaborate with Product to convert feedback into improvements.
• Own outcomes and ensure the quality and impact of delivered work.
• Manage time and help others adapt to changing scope to deliver value quickly.
