Job summary

Iru is seeking a Solutions Engineer in London to serve as a technical advisor on device management for prospects and customers. You will bridge Sales, Success, Product and Support while demonstrating Iru's capabilities and guiding customers to effective solutions.

This hybrid role requires hands-on Apple device management experience, strong scripting ability, and excellent communication. You will influence product direction, develop technical resources, and stay current with MDM standards as you

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing Apple devices in a technical capacity (engineering, consulting, pre-sales, or professional services).
• Proficiency with macOS Terminal, shell scripts or Python to automate workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to explain complex topics clearly.
• Strong emotional intelligence and ability to tailor communication to customers.
• Proven ability to work across Sales, Support, Product, Engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver product demonstrations and technical deep-dives to prospects, customers, and partners.
• Collaborate with Sales and Success teams; develop technical resources for customers and colleagues.
• Escalate and troubleshoot complex technical issues with Support.
