Job summary

Ipsen is hiring an Endpoint Management Specialist in London. The role focuses on operating and improving endpoint platforms, including MECM, Intune, and Defender EDR, to deliver secure and scalable desktop solutions.

The successful candidate will manage OS images, software distribution, patching, and imaging while collaborating with Global Workplace and IPSEN IT partners. Hybrid work and strong problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with MECM deployment and OS image management.
• Extensive knowledge of software distribution, patching and imaging.
• Experience with Intune, Azure VDI and Defender EDR.
• Strong understanding of Windows 11 deployment and enterprise management.

Responsibilities

• Lead MECM implementation, configuration and image management.
• Oversee OS image deployment, OSD and Autopilot for large corporate environments.
• Direct software distribution, patching and imaging across endpoints.
• Provide third‑level technical support and coordinate with vendors and IT teams.
• Resolve escalated tickets and report status to stakeholders.
