Job summary

ICIS is hiring a Solutions Engineer in London (Hybrid, 2 days in-office). You will lead technical discovery, articulate the business value of ICIS data, and design integrations for analytics, reporting and AI initiatives.

You will partner with account managers to guide customers through architecture decisions and validate technical readiness. The role requires strong SQL and Python fundamentals, experience with data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, etc.), and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing authority with ability to lead workshops and present to stakeholders.
• Commercially minded with ability to articulate business impact of technical solutions.
• Familiarity with AI ecosystems, LLMs, AI agents, and retrieval-based architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and understand customer objectives and tech landscapes.
• Act as technical lead through the sales process, supporting validation and value proof.
• Design integration points where ICIS data powers AI-driven decision engines.
• Collaborate with customers, partners and SI to optimise ICIS data consumption across platforms.
• Provide market feedback to shape product strategy and roadmaps.
