Job summary

Unizen Group Ltd is seeking a Solutions Engineer (Managed Services) in London to design, implement and document technical solutions for clients. You will lead infrastructure and cloud migration projects and deliver Microsoft 365 deployments including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Intune, with emphasis on secure networking and endpoint security.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and Teams.
• Experience with Intune, Entra ID and Defender in enterprise environments.
• Strong scripting (PowerShell) and automation capabilities.
• Ability to design secure networking and endpoint security controls.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and document technical solutions for clients.
• Lead infrastructure and cloud migration projects.
• Deploy and configure Microsoft 365 technologies including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune and Defender.
• Implement Azure services and secure networking (firewalls, VPNs, switching, wireless).
• Deliver Intune deployments with Autopilot and endpoint security; produce runbooks and handovers.
• Assist with security improvement programmes and cyber essentials.
• Create automation with PowerShell and document solutions for clients.
