Job summary

Nuix is seeking a Cloud Security Engineer at a junior to mid-level to help implement and manage security controls for our cloud-based platforms. The role involves working with senior engineers to safeguard data and systems, perform risk assessments, and contribute to incident response.

Based in London or Frankfurt, the role requires regular office presence with some flexibility for remote work. You will gain hands-on experience with cloud security tooling and align with our security standards

Qualifications

Degree or equivalent in CS or related field.
Up to 3 years in cybersecurity with cloud exposure.
Experience in IT security engineering desirable.
Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, CSA preferred.
Familiarity with GDPR is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support design and implementation of security controls for cloud platforms.
Assist risk assessments of cloud infrastructure and applications.
Develop and maintain cyber security controls and standards for cloud deployments.
Support third-party security audits and assessments.
Identify vulnerabilities, risks, and threats and advise on mitigations.
Configure security controls across AWS/Azure services.
Assist incident response activities and monitor security logs.
