Job summary

Air IT Group seeks a Professional Services Engineer to lead IT project delivery and ensure seamless implementations for SME clients. You will plan and execute migration and infrastructure refresh projects, deploy core infrastructure, and collaborate with PMO and architecture teams to design and deliver robust solutions.

The role requires strong experience with Azure AD/Microsoft Entra ID, Hyper-V/VMware, Windows Server, Exchange Online, and a range of security and networking technologies.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering IT projects end-to-end.
• Strong knowledge of Azure AD/Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory configuration.
• Proficiency with virtualization technologies (Hyper-V, VMware).
• Proven experience with Windows Server stack (ADDS, DNS, DHCP, GPO, NPS, DFS).
• Experience with Exchange administration and migration (On-Prem & Online).
• Solid understanding of network infrastructure and Firewalls (SonicWall, Sophos, Ubiquiti).
• Experience in DR/BC planning and migrations, on-prem and cloud.
• Experience deploying end-user devices (Windows, macOS, Android).

Responsibilities

• Lead IT project delivery from planning to completion.
• Plan and execute migrations and infrastructure refresh projects.
• Deploy key infrastructure and security solutions.
• Coordinate with PMO to manage schedules and budgets.
• Collaborate with Pre-Sales/Solutions Architecture for designs.
• Handover projects to Service Desk after completion.
• Maintain project records in CRM and update documentation.
