Job summary

ECI is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to drive technology programs, including Cloud implementation and support, desktop engineering escalation and networking for a defined client portfolio. Hybrid work with a London-area preference.

You’ll lead migrations, manage complex issues, and contribute to the internal knowledge base while delivering best-practice security configurations such as MFA and conditional access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or 6+ years in a technology administration role.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows Server and Windows 10/11.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced support of cloud infrastructures such as Microsoft 365/Azure (Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, Intune)
• Act as Technical Lead for migrations, implementations, relocations, etc
• Document processes and SOPs; contribute to internal knowledge base and runbooks
• Audit client environments and provide technical recommendations
• Perform system maintenance including patching and vulnerability remediation
• Interface with RMM and mobile device management tools
