Job summary

SHI is hiring a Solutions Engineer – Agents & Automation to build and deliver enterprise agent solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Foundry, and 365 governance tools. The role focuses on declarative and custom-engine agents, enterprise integrations, and scalable governance across Power Platform and Azure.

You will translate designs into production-ready solutions, drive secure delivery, and support agent onboarding, security, and lifecycle management with SHI’s Microsoft Services practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years delivering solutions on Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure, or related Microsoft cloud tech.
• Hands-on experience with AI or agent-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation of agent solutions across Copilot Studio, Foundry, Azure AI Services, and Power Platform.
• Lead governance and security controls for agent environments and lifecycle management.
• Guide customers through solution design, governance, and deployment with measurable outcomes.
• Develop reusable assets, templates, and reference architectures for Copilot and agent services.
