In this role, you’ll partner with Account Executives to bridge the gap between technology and business for enterprise customers. You’ll deliver product demos, guide Proof of Concepts, and act as a trusted advisor to showcase the value of cutting-edge IoT solutions. Collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Professional Services teams, you’ll ensure customer success by aligning solutions with their strategies.

What You Bring

1. Strong technical knowledge in IoT, messaging tech (e.g., MQTT), and networking (e.g., TCP/IP).
2. Excellent presentation skills for meetings, webinars, and events.
3. A problem-solving mindset to navigate ambiguity and craft innovative solutions.
4. Experience with enterprise security, reliability, and observability.
5. 5+ years of relevant experience (3+ in engineering or 2+ in pre-sales).

Based in the UK you’ll enjoy remote work with occasional travel (up to 20%).
