SOLUTIONS ENGINEER

Arrow’s ECS is looking for a Solutions Engineer. In this role, you will provide pre-sales support for aligned Arrow vendors, working closely with Solutions Engineers, Architects, and commercial teams to support partner and customer activities within networking and security.

What will you do at Arrow ECS?

1. Achieve and maintain technical requirements set by vendors, including certifications where appropriate.
2. Stay informed about the current security landscape, focusing on aligned vendors.
3. Identify and support complex solutions opportunities.
4. Be aware of Arrow line card vendors beyond your own vendor alignments.
5. Provide accurate technical information, becoming a trusted advisor to partners and teams.
6. Maintain and grow key customer and partner relationships.
7. Support Arrow’s strategic goals at a divisional level.
8. Focus on technical needs of emerging or underpenetrated prospects, understanding Arrow’s solutions and matching them to customer needs.
9. Create new opportunities and product selections within your accounts, recognizing relevant activities.
10. Highlight opportunities for growth, enablement, and new services.
