Job summary
The Solutions Development Executive - Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) will strategically pursue new ALM enterprise customers within key industries in both local and international UK-based markets. The role emphasizes new customer acquisition and building deep customer relationships, delivering tailored ALM solutions to meet complex needs.
Your role in our mission:
- Lead UK ALM Sales Strategy within a defined enterprise account portfolio, developing and executing sales plans to prospect and cultivate new ALM business opportunities to meet sales quotas.
- Create and implement regional sales strategies aligned with target achievement, including sales initiatives and leadership engagement.
- Utilize industry expertise, networks, and business development skills to uncover new opportunities and establish relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Lead complex solution development to create customized ALM strategies aligned with customer goals.
- Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to contract closing and activation.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new contracts.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to deliver exceptional service and value.
- Negotiate client service contracts and SLAs to maximize value for the company and clients.
Valued skills and experience:
- Proven success in selling IT solutions to senior executives.
- Strong knowledge of Hardware Asset Management, business processes, and IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) sales.
- Deep industry experience in ALM and relationships with ITAD buyers in enterprise verticals.
- Experience in selling complex IT services into large multi-stakeholder environments.
- Track record of managing a business book, breaking into new accounts, and closing high-value opportunities.
