Job summary
The Solutions Development Executive - Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) will pursue new ALM enterprise customers within key industries in the UK and internationally. The role focuses on customer acquisition and building relationships, delivering tailored ALM solutions to meet complex needs.
Your role in our mission:
- Lead UK ALM Sales Strategy within a defined account base, developing and executing a sales plan to prospect and cultivate new business opportunities to meet sales quotas.
- Create and implement regional sales strategies aligned with target goals, including initiatives and leadership support.
- Use industry expertise, networks, and business development skills to uncover opportunities, establishing relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Lead complex solution development to create customized ALM strategies aligned with customer goals.
- Manage the sales process from opportunity identification to contract activation.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to refine sales approaches and maximize opportunities.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure contracts.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to deliver value to clients.
- Negotiate client service contracts and SLAs to maximize value for IRM and clients.
Valued skills and experience:
- Successful experience selling IT solutions to senior executives.
- Strong background in Hardware Asset Management, workflows, and ITAD sales.
- Deep industry experience and relationships with ITAD stakeholders in enterprise verticals.
- Experience selling complex IT services into large customer environments.
- Proven success managing a business book, breaking into new accounts, and closing high-value opportunities.
