Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a Solutions Manager to design and deliver innovative logistics solutions across Sales, Operations and other business functions. You will shape large-scale projects from initial data gathering to costings and commercial modelling, and present recommendations to customers to grow partnerships.

Building strong relationships is at the heart of success in this role. As our Solutions Manager, you will work closely with colleagues across Sales, Operations and wider business functions to help retain, grow and develop customer partnerships through the delivery of effective and innovative logistics solutions. This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping large-scale and complex projects, taking ideas from initial data gathering and analysis through to solution design, commercial modelling and detailed costings. You will collaborate with a variety of stakeholders across the business, including Finance, HR, Property and Operations, ensuring solutions are practical, commercially sound and aligned with customer needs. You will also engage directly with customers throughout the solutions process, presenting recommendations and building trusted relationships along the way. Staying informed about industry developments and sharing best practice will be an important part of the role, as will supporting and developing a team of Solutions Analysts to help them achieve their full potential. Requirements

• A strong understanding of logistics operations and supply chain solutions, with the ability to translate customer requirements into practical, commercially viable outcomes.
• Experience designing and delivering customer-focused logistics solutions that balance service excellence with operational efficiency.
• Advanced analytical skills, with confidence in data modelling, scenario planning, financial analysis and cost development.
• The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, building effective relationships across teams and functions.
