Job summary

Elekta AB in the United Kingdom is seeking a Solution Manager who will shape and execute marketing strategies to drive adoption and growth of Elekta's integrated solutions. You’ll work with Commercial, Product Management and regional teams to develop value propositions, deliver go-to-market initiatives and enable customer-facing teams to communicate the clinical, operational and economic impact.

• Proven experience in solution marketing with GTM execution.
• Strong ability to translate customer, clinical and commercial insights into compelling marketing strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence across a global matrix organisation.

Responsibilities

• Execute solution marketing strategies aligned with commercial priorities.
• Develop and own solution positioning, messaging and value propositions.
• Create compelling content and campaigns communicating clinical, operational and financial benefits.
• Drive go-to-market activities and demand generation for assigned solutions.
• Partner with Product Management, Medical Affairs and regional teams for consistent messaging.
• Develop sales enablement tools, training and content for solution selling.
