Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 10+ years of work experience in international Marketing/Brand Management within MedTech, BioTech, Pharmaceuticals, healthcare or related.
• Experience coaching/mentoring teams (4+ years preferred).
• Excellent English communication, persuasion and presentation skills.
• Sophisticated collaborator with strong stakeholder management across markets and cultures.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of ~4 direct reports and 9 indirect reports to achieve growth and market leadership.
• Define and execute the annual and long-range marketing strategy/plan for the EMEA Visualization business in alignment with global strategy.
• Collaborate with EMEA sales leadership to align marketing and commercial priorities for market growth.
• Develop relationships with industry leaders, customers and organisations to generate strategic insights.
• Oversee regional product life cycles, go-to-market plans, and portfolio enhancements including new product development and M&A activity.
• Manage branding, messaging, positioning and pricing based on market and competitive insights.
