Job summary

TRIA is seeking a D365 Technical Lead to guide a high-performing CRM team in a financial services context. You will shape the future Dynamics strategy, collaborating with Architects and Developers to drive platform design and governance.

You’ll lead CRM modernization efforts, expanding into AI initiatives and aligning with business objectives to deliver measurable improvements in customer experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Seasoned leader in Dynamics CRM with Sales, Marketing and Customer Service modules.
• Strong development and architecture background in Dynamics CRM.
• Solid knowledge of Azure cloud platforms.
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate and Power Apps).
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders and drive platform strategy.
• Experience leading CRM transformations and AI initiatives.

The Company:

This D365 Technical Lead role is to join a prestigious, financial services client recognised for its commitment to excellence and customer-centric approach. As a leader in the financial industry, they have a dedicated, high performing CRM team that you will be leading to enhance their digital capabilities and provide exceptional service to their valued clients.

The role:

As a the Technical Lead you will play a pivotal role in the CRM team, you will shape the future of Dynamics for the organisation. Working with Architects and Developers to set the future strategy of CRM.

In this role, you won’t just maintain systems, you’ll drive transformation. You’ll work together with the business to develop and implement an AI strategy, expanding your knowledge and impact in one of the most exciting areas of tech.

Responsibilities:

• Chance to have strategic ownership of a well-established Dynamics platform, with the following modules Sales, Customer Service and Marketing
• Improve and grow your knowledge with AI as you work on AI strategy with the business

• Exceptional benefits package, including a competitive salary range of £100,000 - £110,000 up to a 20% bonus, and a 20% pension contribution.

What we are looking for:

• Strong experience in Dynamics CRM leadership, specifically with Sales, Marketing and Customer Experience modules
• Deep understanding of Dynamics CRM from a development and architecture background
• Strong understanding of Azure cloud
• Experience of the Power Platform, primarily Power Automate & Power Apps
• The ability to communicate with internal stakeholders in the business to bring the platform to life and ensure the continued success of the platform
• Previous Technical leadership with the ability to enhance, update and evolve their platform
