Job summary

Tria in London is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to own end-to-end architecture across a major technology transformation, including Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform and Fabric. You will work with development teams, external suppliers and stakeholders to define how systems and integrations fit together in a Microsoft-first environment, guiding technical decisions and roadmaps.

The role requires a strong background in software development (.NET/C#) and proven ability to translate

• Proven .NET/C# development experience before moving to architecture.
• Solid understanding of Azure, APIs, and modern integration architecture.

Solutions Architect (Dynamics 365)

London - Hybrid

£90,000 - £100,000 DOE + 30 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + 10% Pension

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Solutions Architect with a strong Microsoft development background and Dynamics 365 experience to join a major technology transformation programme where you'll have genuine ownership over solution architecture across a broad and complex technology estate.

This organisation is investing heavily in modernising its technology environment, including the implementation of Dynamics 365, Microsoft Fabric and the replacement of legacy systems. You'll join an established transformation team and act as the key Solutions Architect, helping define how systems, platforms and integrations fit together as the organisation moves towards a more modern Microsoft-first architecture.

The ideal candidate will be a technically strong Solutions Architect who has previously worked in software development before progressing into architecture. You'll need strong Dynamics 365 and Microsoft experience alongside the ability to understand complex systems, integrations and dependencies across a varied technology estate.

The Role:

• Own end-to-end solution architecture across major technology and transformation projects
• Architecture across Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric and wider enterprise systems
• Design integrations and support the migration and decommissioning of legacy applications
• Work with development teams, technical specialists and external suppliers to turn architecture into deliverable solutions
• Provide technical leadership while helping shape the longer-term technology roadmap

The Person:

• Experienced Solutions Architect, Technical Architect or similar with strong Dynamics 365 expertise
• Previous Microsoft software development background, such as .NET / C#
• Strong understanding of Azure, APIs, integrations and modern application architecture
• Experience designing solutions across complex environments with multiple interconnected systems
• Able to combine strong technical depth with a strategic mindset and confidently communicate with suppliers and stakeholders
