Job summary

Cadence Resourcing Limited is hiring a Dynamics 365 Technical Lead to own and drive a large-scale Dynamics environment. You will lead architecture, design, development, integration, and deployment while mentoring the team and setting engineering standards.

The role remains hands-on and senior, with a focus on modern engineering and DevOps practices within a complex organisation. Onsite requirements apply; outside IR35.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Power Fx.
• Experience with Dynamics plugins, workflows, and custom development.
• Experience with Azure and Azure DevOps.
• Experience with CI/CD and deployment automation.
• Experience with APIs, Dataverse, and Azure Integration Services.
• Ability to design and deliver complex enterprise integrations.
• Technical leadership experience, including mentoring and setting development standards.
