Job Description

As part of our Project Management department, your role is to deliver every customer project on time, within budget and scope. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Work closely with Sales teams during the pre‑sales phase to define customer needs and demonstrate our solution value.
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Gather, lead and federate project teams (both internal and external) to prepare key‑account roll‑out.
• Coordinate the different steps of the process and ensure timing and quality of deliveries.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Develop comprehensive and detailed project plans to be shared with clients and other staff members.
• Report and, when necessary, elevate issues to management.
• Establish, manage and maintain relations with the client and all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in project management.
• Engineering degree (IT specialization is a plus).
• Self‑sufficient, self‑starter with a proven track record of owning project management.
• Excellent client‑facing communication skills.
• Professional background within the retail industry is appreciated.
