Job summary

Johnson Controls in the United Kingdom is seeking a skilled Project Development Analyst to support successful delivery of initiatives through engineering, process, and financial analysis. You will assess new opportunities, evaluate design requirements, and help develop cost-effective project solutions across the lifecycle.

You will conduct high‑level analysis of bundled sales components, influence budgeting and planning, prepare reports for stakeholders, and identify opportunities for process

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Minimum of 6 years' experience in project development, engineering, business analysis, finance, or a related discipline.
• Experience supporting projects through planning, analysis, and execution phases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret technical, operational, and financial information.
• Experience preparing budgets, cost analyses, and business recommendations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do

As a member of our development team, you will support the successful delivery of projects through a combination of engineering, process, and financial analysis activities. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will contribute to the assessment of new opportunities, evaluate design requirements, and help develop cost-effective project solutions. What We Are Looking For
