Cartisian Recruitment is recruiting a Solution Design Manager for a global leader in material handling and automation. The role is fully remote with travel across the UK & Ireland, offering £70,000-£75,000 plus Bonus and a Company Car. You will lead the technical solution design and pre-sales, developing customer-specific automation concepts (AGV, AMR and intralogistics) and validating ROI, costs and risks with Sales, Engineering and Project teams.

Qualifications

• Lead the technical solution design and pre-sales process.
• Develop customer-specific automation concepts incl. AGV, AMR and intralogistics.
• Analyse customer operations and material flows to identify opportunities.
• Support 3D simulations and end-to-end technical solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales and Engineering to prepare proposals.
• Review scope, costs, risks and commercial opportunities.
• Assess CAPEX, ROI and business cases.
• Contribute to Bid/No-Bid decisions.
• Align solutions with customer expectations across teams.

Responsabilités
