Cathcart Technology is seeking a Solution Architect to lead design and delivery of technology solutions across finance and back-office domains. The role focuses on scalable, secure architectures for supply chain or retail operations with strong governance and stakeholder engagement.

The position offers a 6-month initial contract with view to extend, hybrid working (2 days onsite) and a day-rate of £575–£600 outside IR35, reflecting expertise in AWS cloud and integrations across finance and HR

Formación

• Experience as a Solution Architect in supply chain or retail.
• Experience with finance/back-office systems.
• Strong stakeholder and supplier management experience.
• Experience designing integrations (APIs, middleware) and cloud platforms (AWS).

Responsabilidades

• Translate requirements and business problems into solutions.
• Design end-to-end architectures across finance and back-office platforms.
• Own TDA submissions from creation to approval.
• Contribute to architecture forums and develop strategy.
• Document technical processes and designs per architecture standards.
• Provide architectural governance across projects.
• Evaluate platforms, vendors and tools through a structured process.
