The role requires owning end-to-end solution design for core finance capabilities and guiding architecture across ERP platforms, data integration, and compliance, in a fast-paced retail technology environment.

Qualifications

• Experience architecting enterprise finance systems in a retail/multi-channel environment.
• Hands-on with one major ERP/finance platform (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics 365 Finance, or Workday).
• Understanding of finance processes and how they interact with POS, e-commerce, order management, and stock/supply chain.
• Ability to translate accounting requirements into technical design and engage senior Finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead creation, analysis, and review of solution architectures across a portfolio of projects.
• Own end-to-end design aligning business requirements with technical needs.
• Define system components, services, and designs spanning architecture domains.
• Oversee designs for core finance capabilities like GL, AR/AP, fixed assets, VAT, consolidation, and planning.
