Job summary

Computer Futures is seeking a Solution Architect for transformational projects in Liverpool with a hybrid work pattern (2-3 days onsite per week). You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and design end-to-end solutions supporting operational and data-driven initiatives.

Responsibilities include defining designs, running workshops, evaluating suppliers, and ensuring alignment with governance and security standards throughout delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven Solution Architecture experience within complex enterprise environments.
• Strong background in solution design, integrations and data flows.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and third-party suppliers.
• Knowledge of architecture governance and security principles.
• Retail sector experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Define solution designs and integration approaches across multiple systems.
• Run workshops and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
• Support supplier evaluations, RFI/RFP processes and technical assessments.
• Ensure solutions align with architecture standards, security and governance requirements.
• Provide architectural guidance throughout delivery and implementation.
