Job summary

New Look Jersey is seeking a proactive Sales Manager (Visual Merchandising) to lead a high-street team and deliver exceptional shopping experiences. You will drive commercial results, manage inventory, and ensure inspiring visual presentations that reflect the New Look brand.

You will guide staff to embrace customer obsession, achieve sales targets, and maintain an engaging store atmosphere while collaborating with the Territory Leader to optimize KPI performance.

As our Jersey Sales Manager- (Visual Merchandising) you will lead and inspire a team to deliver great results through your commerciality, collaboration, resilience and being customer obsessed.

In your high street store, you will lead your team to create a customer obsessed atmosphere. You will be genuine in your delivery of a shopping experience that helps our customers express their individuality, personality and unique style through fashion. You will create and lead a team who support one another and deliver results…whilst having fun along the way!

You will be fully accountable for your store performance, by working alongside your Territory Leader to continually identify opportunities which will impact KPI’s, customer service, team development and overall sales – so that we are playing to win!

ABOUT YOU:

• You have previous store/deputy management experience
• You have a track record of effectively leading and managing a team
• You identify yourself as a New Look brand adorer
• You have a history of delivering and exceeding KPI’s and key objectives
• Commercial acumen
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and provide exceptional service.
• Exceptional organizational skills to handle inventory management, stock control, and order replenishment efficiently.
