Job summary

Chadwick Nott are seeking a Solicitor to join our Digital Assets practice within a leading Structured Finance team in Bristol. The role combines structured finance and derivatives with cryptoassets and tokenised products, advising international clients on innovative transactions.

The ideal candidate has 1–4 years' PQE in structured finance, derivatives or financial regulatory work, with strong drafting skills and a commercial approach.

Solicitor - Structured Finance (Digital Assets) - Bristol - Hybrid

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Solicitor to join a growing Digital Assets practice within a highly regarded Structured Finance team. Based in Bristol, the successful candidate will work at the forefront of the digital assets, tokenisation and emerging technologies sector, advising a diverse international client base on innovative and market‑leading transactions.

This role offers a unique opportunity to combine a strong structured finance or derivatives background with exposure to cutting‑edge work involving cryptoassets, distributed ledger technology and tokenised financial products. Working closely with senior specialists and multidisciplinary teams, the successful candidate will gain significant responsibility and play a key role in the continued growth of this rapidly expanding practice.

Key responsibilities include:

• Advising on complex transactional matters involving digital assets and tokenised structures
• Supporting clients on regulatory, legal and structuring issues relating to cryptoassets and emerging technologies
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating structured finance and transaction documentation
• Collaborating with cross‑border teams on multi‑jurisdictional mandates for financial institutions, funds and corporate clients
• Contributing to business development initiatives and helping to expand the digital assets practice

The ideal candidate will have at least 1-4 years' PQE gained within a leading commercial law firm, together with experience in structured finance, derivatives or financial regulatory work. A genuine interest in digital assets, strong technical and drafting skills, and a commercially focused approach are essential.
