Chadwick Nott is recruiting for a Banking & Finance Associate or Senior Associate in Bristol. The role offers exposure to a broad range of finance transactions and you will advise lenders and borrowers on matters including acquisition finance, real estate finance, and refinancing, while working in a flexible, hybrid setup.

As a result, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Banking & Finance Associate or Senior Associate to join a successful and expanding team, working on high-quality transactions for an impressive client base.
This role offers exposure to a broad range of finance transactions and you will advise both lenders and borrowers on a variety of matters, including:

• Acquisition finance transactions
• Real estate finance
• Management buyouts
• Private equity-backed transactions
• Clearing bank panel work
• Corporate lending arrangements
• Refinancing and restructuring matters
• Complex banking and finance transactions from inception through to completion

Alongside transactional work, you'll work closely with clients to understand their commercial objectives, provide practical advice and develop long-term relationships. You'll also have the opportunity to become involved in networking, business development and broader strategic initiatives within the team.

Candidate Requirements
