Job summary

Chadwick Nott is seeking an Associate to join the Digital Assets / Structured Finance & Derivatives practice in Bristol. The role focuses on advising on innovative digital asset transactions, tokenisation projects and cross-border matters within a market-leading team.

You will collaborate with partners and colleagues across Bristol and global offices, handling complex documentation and building strong client relationships while developing the practice in a high-performing environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years' PQE gained at a leading City firm with excellent academics.
• Solid structured finance or derivatives background.
• Genuine interest in digital assets, crypto, tokenisation and emerging technologies.
• Strong drafting, technical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Proactive, self-starter mindset with confidence to shape a developing practice.
• Strong client focus and willingness to engage in business development.

Responsibilities

• Advising on transactional mandates involving digital assets within structured finance or derivatives.
• Supporting clients on regulatory and structuring issues relating to cryptoassets and tokenisation.
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating structured finance documentation for international clients.
• Working with cross-border teams across Bristol and global offices.
• Taking responsibility for matters, supervising junior colleagues and building client relationships.
• Playing an active role in marketing and business development as the practice grows.
