Job summary

Chadwick Nott are seeking a Solicitor to join our Digital Assets practice within a leading Structured Finance team in Bristol. The role combines structured finance and derivatives with cryptoassets and tokenised products, advising international clients on innovative transactions.

The ideal candidate has 1–4 years' PQE in structured finance, derivatives or financial regulatory work, with strong drafting skills and a commercial approach.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years' PQE in a leading commercial law firm.
• Experience in structured finance, derivatives or financial regulatory work is essential.
• Interest in digital assets and tokenised structures is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Advising on complex transactional matters involving digital assets and tokenised structures
• Supporting clients on regulatory, legal and structuring issues relating to cryptoassets
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating structured finance and transaction documentation
• Collaborating with cross-border teams on multi-jurisdictional mandates
• Contributing to business development and expanding the digital assets practice
