Location: Bromley (Initial full-time office presence, then hybrid)

About the Role

Our client, a well-established regional law firm, is looking for a skilled Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their collaborative, client-focused team. You’ll be working closely with an experienced Partner and a highly capable team with over 85 years’ combined experience. This role offers exposure to high-quality work and opportunities for development in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload involving sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
• Handle Landlord and Tenant transactions, including negotiated leases
• Deliver clear, high-quality legal advice and maintain excellent client relationships
• Support the wider conveyancing team and contribute to team development

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor (England and Wales)
• Minimum 3/5 years’ experience in residential conveyancing
• Strong client care and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a busy team
