Role Overview

Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills? Do you enjoy working in a busy, dynamic team? If so, this could be the role for you!

• We offer a flexible hybrid working policy but require full-time attendance in the office during the first month to build relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Our close-knit, diverse Residential Conveyancing Team seeks a highly skilled solicitor with a strong rapport with clients. You will support the conveyancing team and manage your own caseload, providing legal advice on Sale and Purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, Landlord and Tenant transactions, including negotiated leases. This is a great opportunity to work closely with a respected Partner in a client-focused team.

Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar field or equivalent skills
• Experience in delivering excellent customer care in a legal environment
• Qualified and eligible to practice as a solicitor in England
