About the Role

In this pivotal role, you will:

Conduct thorough, compassionate, and strategic legal consultations with prospective clients across a wide range of immigration matters, including:

Family-based immigration

Employment-based petitions

Humanitarian relief (VAWA, U Visa, T Visa, Asylum)

Provide clear legal guidance and assess case eligibility

Support clients onboarding and contribute to a smooth, welcoming start to their legal journey

Handle select casework and help drive client retention and firm growth through expert communication and care

What We’re Looking For

Licensed U.S. Attorney (admitted to practice in any state)

1+ year of hands-on immigration law experience, including consultations

Strong knowledge of USCIS processes, humanitarian relief, and legal strategy

Clear communicator with empathy, professionalism, and confidence

A client-first mindset and a drive to support people through complex legal pathways

Experience in business development or client retention is a plus

Fully remote work environment (U.S.-based)

Monday–Friday schedule with occasional weekend flexibility
