About The Role

We’re offering an exciting opportunity for a Senior Solicitor to join our legal team on a fixed-term contract to cover a period of maternity leave (up to 12 months).

This is a rewarding and high-profile role where you’ll provide end-to-end case management and advocacy for inquest cases arising from healthcare services and custodial settings across Practice Plus Group. You’ll have the chance to work in a supportive and collaborative legal team, making a real difference to how we manage sensitive and complex legal matters.

This role is fully home-based with travel as necessary.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage end-to-end casework and advocacy for inquest cases related to healthcare and custodial settings.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure legal compliance and effective case handling.
  3. Provide legal advice and support on complex legal matters arising from inquest cases.
  4. Support the legal team in managing sensitive and high-profile legal issues.
Qualifications
