The firm acts for clients throughout England and Wales, combining the resources of a large practice with the personalised service of specialist lawyers. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload including wills, probate, estate administration, trusts, powers of attorney, and succession planning matters. Strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to business development are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Advising clients on wills, trusts, probate, and estate planning matters.
• Managing estate administration files from instruction through to completion.
• Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney.
• Developing and maintaining strong client and referrer relationships.
• Supporting the continued growth and success of the Private Client team.
