Job summary

A leading UK law firm is looking for a Pensions Solicitor/ Associate (1–3 PQE) to join its highly regarded specialist team in Guildford.

The team advises trustees, employers and pension scheme providers across a broad range of pensions matters, including scheme governance, regulatory compliance, risk management and pensions issues arising from corporate transactions.

The role:

• Advise trustee and employer clients on day-to-day pensions and life assurance matters
• Support pensions aspects of corporate transactions, including due diligence
• Draft and review scheme documentation, member communications and advice notes
• Undertake legal research and monitor regulatory developments
• Attend client meetings and provide practical, commercial advice
• Support business development, pitches and thought leadership

About you:
