Job summary

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 1–3 PQE.
• Experience or exposure to pensions law.
• Strong technical, drafting and analytical skills.

• Confident communicator with strong client and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, enthusiastic and keen to develop within a specialist practice.

Responsibilities

• Advise trustee and employer clients on day-to-day pensions and life assurance matters.
• Support pensions aspects of corporate transactions, including due diligence.
• Draft and review scheme documentation, member communications and advice notes.
• Undertake legal research and monitor regulatory developments.
• Attend client meetings and provide practical, commercial advice.
• Support business development, pitches and thought leadership.
