Job summary

• Conducting thorough investigations, including gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses.
• Maintain accurate records and case files using the firm’s case management system.
• Liaise with clients and external parties, providing updates and ensuring case progression.
• Collaborate with clients, insurers, and other parties to obtain necessary evidence and documentation.
• Researching to support legal strategies and case development.

What will help you succeed in this role?

• EssentialExperience handling insurance, motor fraud litigation is preferred but we would also consider those with broader fraud experience.
• Strong understanding of motor‑related claims and the litigation process, including pre‑action protocols and CPR.
• Excellent drafting, analytical and legal research skills, with experience using case management systems.
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail, able to manage competing deadlines, work under pressure, and collaborate effectively with a range of stakeholders.
