DWF is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join its nationally recognised Insurance Fraud team, with hybrid working across regional offices including Manchester. You will handle high-value fraud litigation, including EL/PL claims, staged accidents, and organised fraud rings, while supervising juniors and driving client relationships with major insurers.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Take the lead on complex and high-value fraud litigation, including fraudulent EL/PL claims, staged accidents, organised fraud rings and complex personal injury disputes.
• Supervise junior team members and contribute to training and development.
• Build strong client relationships with major insurers, delivering strategic and technical advice.
• Play a key role in business development initiatives and contribute to the continued growth of the Insurance Fraud practice.
• Engage in litigation strategy, advocacy, and trial preparation for technically challenging matters.

• Experience managing employers liability (EL), public liability (PL), catastrophic loss or casualty claims (claimant or defendant).
• A proven track record of running a complex caseload with minimal supervision.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills with a collaborative mindset.

• A proactive approach to file strategy, innovation, and cost management.
