Qualifications

• Must be qualified Solicitor or Paralegal with PI experience and exposure to industrial disease claims.
• Strong understanding of the litigation process and drafting of legal documents.
• Experience handling Industrial Deafness cases is essential.
• Ability to manage complex cases and review medical and employment records.
