Responsibilities

• Assist solicitors with all stages of industrial deafness claims.
• Conduct initial client intake and prepare documentation.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding case status.
• Organize and maintain digital and physical case files.
• Conduct research on industrial standards and relevant case law.
• Provide administrative support to the industrial disease team.
